Starting the day off on a natural high of adrenaline, Byxbee Joy, a trainer at CrossFit Gulf Coast takes health and fitness very seriously.
CrossFit Gulf Coast, owned and operated by Frank DiMeo, is located at the Ashton Business Center in Sarasota. Byxbee spends several hours per week working out with weights, large tires and rope climbing. “Working out isn’t easy when you’re doing it right, much less when it is a high intensity workout,” she says. This is what Byxbee likes the most as she finds the extreme workout that Cross Fit offers to be very authentic.
“You have to know your limits then push past them” is her creed.
Byxbee who served in the US Marine Corps, knows how important it is to protect your feet and to keep moving in order to get where you’re going.
