ZEMgear Brand Ambassador Program

ZEMgear offers a uniquely fun and exciting AMBASSADOR PROGRAM (ZEMbassador – ZBA) designed to promote the ZEMbrand to consumers via qualified and trained ZEMbassador. ZEMbassadors are knowledgeable and enthusiastic about ZEMproducts! ZEMbassadors will have the opportunity to create significant income for themselves by driving sales to the ZEMgear’s on-line shopping cart.

Once a ZBA has proven to be an effective marketer via clearly measurable results, she/he may qualify to be part of the Elite ZEMbassador Program – EZBA. An Elite ZEMbassador (EZBA) receives additional compensation from every sale initiated by additional ZEMbassadors they recruit and manage. (See Elite Ambassador Qualification outline for details.)

ZEMbassadors Responsibilities

  • Know and communicate product features and brand message to potential consumers
  • Gather product feedback from existing consumers
  • Participate in Promotional Events as required
  • Create & submit their Ambassador strategy for their geographical region or area of activity (physical and/or online)to the Ambassador Program Manager
  • Submit 2 blog entries per month (minimum 300-500 words) to be coordinated with ZEMbassador Program Manager.
  • Be available to participate in Product Photo Shoots for ZEMgear products
  • Uphold Program standards and agreement

ZEMbassadors Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age or older; ID required.
  • Reliable transportation, truck referred.
  • Wear ZEMgear branded products during events as coordinated by the ZEMbassador Program Manager.
  • Be computer literate MSOffice (preferably WORD and PowerPoint)

ZEMbassadors (ZBA) – Program Outline

WHO:  ZEMgear fan, player, user, interested in promoting ZEMproducts in their geographical region with an
extensive on & off-line network of friends, co-athletes, family, co-workers, etc.

WHAT:  A ZEMbassador will promote the brand by driving sales of ZEMproducts to the ON-LINE Shopping Cart.
Each ZBA will be given a ZBAcode#, which is used to track ZBA’s on-line sales as well as gives the customer a
discounted price on most/all of our items online.

ZEMbassador applicants undergo a trial period of 60 days during which the contract can be discontinued at the
company’s discretion.

ZEMbassadors can request “EVENT SALES KITS” for tournaments and other events suitable for “on-site-sales”. Thismust be approved and coordinated through the ZEMbassador Program Manager.

PAYMENT: Commissions for on-line sales generated by ZEMbassador’s and tracked by the ZBAcode will be paid outevery 2 weeks to the ZBA. Product must have shipped to customer in order for commission to be processed and paid out to the ZBA.

Terms and conditions for the ZEMbassador program are governed by Florida Law and are subject to change at the company’s sole discretion upon written notice. ZEMgear LLC. is a private company. It reserves the right to deny admission to applicants and/or dismiss accepted applicants who do not adhere or comply with ZEMgear’s standards of conduct or for any other reasons at the company’s sole discretion. Program regulations for tournament management and coordination with other sponsored events are available upon request. Any strategic planning information, financial information or product development information shared or revealed during your ZEMbassadorship is proprietary and confidential. To make this information public in any way that will harm ZEMgear LLC. Will be considered a breach of contract and can result in immediate contract termination.

The ZEMbassador will not partake in any comparable contracts that would compete with the nature of the product or its applications. Should the ZEMbassador decide to leave the program or is terminated, he/she agrees to a one (1) season non-compete period starting after completing of the on-going season.
